The following executables should be allowed: The appropriate solution for this problem is to add Bomgar to the list of Trusted applications for Kaspersky's Trusted Zone as described here. This behavior is caused by a security setting within Kaspersky (Self-Defense) which blocks external software from making changes to security files, memory processes, and etc This is not only affecting Bomgar, but to all remote control software. Under certain circumstances, it is not possible to make changes to Kasperky's security settings when remotely connecting to a system with Kaspersky installed.
